Dorset Charity Horse and Dog Show

 The Dorset Charity Horse & Dog Show is an annual event, which is run on behalf of the Wimborne & Ferndown Lions Club. All profits made go  to Dorset based charities. For the 2009 Show, we had 420 Horses taking part and some 420 dogs. There was the introduction of Show Jumping and other entertainment activities in the Main Ring for the Public to enjoy, as well as numerous Trade Stands, Ferret racing, Children's rides etc. The 2009 Show itself raised over £3,600 for the chosen charities! 

The 2010 Show will be held on Saturday 17th July - The chosen charities for this year's show are The Dorset and Somerset Air Ambulance (www.dorsetandsomersetairambulance.org.uk)  and Julia's House (www.juliashouse.org).  

  The next Dorset Charity Horse and Dog Show will be on the 17th July 2010

  and will be held at Homelands Farm, Three Legged Cross,

  Nr. Wimborne, Dorset BH21 6QZ.
